I am a registered Psychotherapist and a psychology researcher and lecturer.  I offer over three decades of experience working with adults of all ages.  My work integrates training in neuroscience, psychodynamic therapies, CBT/DBT, meditation and coaching/mentoring. 

Areas of Specialty:

I am deeply committed to understanding and removing personal and social barriers to mental wellbeing throughout the lifespan.  I work in person and online (globally) with adults including couples.  My broad experience and areas of specialty include:

Neurodiversity:

A lecturer in Psychology at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, I am also well known as an international speaker, clinician, author and educator with a passion for building knowledge about neurodiversity and mental wellness across the many contexts of adulthood.  I have extensive experience and knowledge of neurodiversity such as giftedness, ADHD and CFS, and I work holistically to improve self-awareness, and emotional, social and physical function.
