Areas of Specialty:

I am deeply committed to understanding and removing personal and social barriers to mental wellbeing throughout the lifespan.  I work in person and online (globally) with adults including couples.  My broad experience and areas of specialty include:

  • Neurodiversity and giftedness (see below)
  • Trauma (including PTSD and C-PTSD)
  • Anxiety and stress management
  • Depression
  • Identity and self-esteem
  • Strengthening relationships
  • Burn-out
  • Rehabilitation following illness or injury

A lecturer in Psychology at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, I am also well known as an international speaker, clinician, author and educator with a passion for building knowledge about neurodiversity and mental wellness across the many contexts of adulthood.  I have extensive experience and knowledge of neurodiversity such as giftedness, ADHD and CFS, and I work holistically to improve self-awareness, and emotional, social and physical function.
