I have worked in the health and mental health sectors for over ten years. I currently work in private practice in Epsom. I work with adults, young adults, and adolescents specialising in treating trauma of all kinds, including sexual abuse, anxiety and mood disorders, medical trauma, PTSD, phobias and stress.

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a space for you to be authentically who you are without judgment. I provide support during hard times, ask tough questions when necessary, and work with you to find practical solutions to your challenges. I aim to forge a deep and trusting relationship so that you feel comfortable discussing your most protected thoughts and feelings. There are no quick fixes, but developing life skills, improving self-respect, and connecting deeply with loved ones can be vital in building wholeness in mind, body and spirit.

I am available as follows:

  • Wednesdays 10 am to 6:30 pm,
  • Thursdays 1 pm to 5 pm, and
  • Fridays 9 am to 2 pm.
